MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER

Amar has worked primarily in Training and Business Development roles before moving to become a Mortgage and Protection Adviser seven years ago. He specialises in helping foreign nationals looking to obtain mortgages as well as helping clients with adverse credit issues such as CCJ’s and defaults.

The part of his role that gives him the most job satisfaction is helping someone take that first step on the property ladder either as a straight forward purchase or helping through affordable housing schemes including Shared Ownership, Shared Equity and New Build Help to Buy as well as Guarantor Mortgages.

He is now expanding his expertise into the area of Equity Release and is fully qualified as an Equity Release Adviser. He is also qualified in providing advice on lifetime mortgages.

In his spare time, he has a passion for travelling and goes to a different destination every chance that he gets. He also enjoys a bit of physical activities like the gym (at 5:30 am!) and playing badminton. In his spare time he enjoys watching cricket and especially the IPL. Amar also loves travelling and spending time with the family.
